Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Anas Errahali, Carrer Roger de Flor 5, 08401 Granollers, Barcelona, Spain for the use of Liverty AI. By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What the app does

You choose a photo, Liverty AI generates about three seconds of motion from it with an AI model, and the result is saved as an Apple Live Photo. That is the whole product.

Your account

You need an account to create anything. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else has access to it.

Paying for it

Liverty AI is a paid service. Creating a Live Photo requires an active subscription and costs 10 credits. The app can be downloaded and explored for free, including a pre-generated demonstration that uses no credits. Subscription details are in the Subscription Terms.

What you may upload

You must have the right to use any photo you upload. Do not upload photos of other people without their permission, images of minors in any unsafe context, or anything illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, or that infringes someone else’s rights. We may suspend or close an account for misuse.

What stays yours

You keep ownership of the photos you upload and of the Live Photos you create. You grant us only the permission we need to process, store and deliver them back to you — nothing more, and nothing that survives you deleting them.

Results vary

AI generation is not exact. Results differ between photos and we cannot promise a particular outcome for any particular image. If a generation fails, the credits it used are returned to your balance automatically.

No warranty

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app, and our total liability is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer-law rules of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings in your own country’s courts.
