Open Account in the app and tap Restore purchases. That asks Apple for the subscriptions on your Apple ID and re-syncs them. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID you bought it with.

In Settings › your Apple ID › Subscriptions, like any App Store subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something went wrong on our side, tell us and we’ll help you make the case.

Each Live Photo you create costs 10 credits. Weekly includes 50 credits a week, Monthly 200 a month, Yearly 1000 a year. Unused credits don’t carry over to the next period.

The credits it used are returned to your balance automatically — you’re not charged for a result you didn’t get. Try again, and if it keeps happening on the same photo, send it to us.

The three presets each do one thing: Subtle Movements is barely-there motion, Wind Effect moves hair, fabric and leaves, and Natural Smile adds a small smile. It’s an AI model, so results vary between photos — a different preset, or a photo where the subject is clearly visible, usually helps.

Saving needs permission to add to your Photos library. Check Settings › Liverty AI › Photos and allow adding photos. Liverty AI only ever adds — it can’t read or delete what’s already there.

Check your spam folder first. In the app, the screen after signing up has a Resend email button. Links expire after a while, so if yours is old, ask for a new one.

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email. We’ll send a link that opens a page where you can set a new one.

In the app, open Account and choose Delete account. It removes your uploaded photos, the videos generated from them, your history and your login. More about deletion.
