Privacy Policy
Last updated 2 October 2026
This policy explains what Liverty AI collects and why. It describes the app as it is built today. Liverty AI is operated by Anas Errahali, Carrer Roger de Flor 5, 08401 Granollers, Barcelona, Spain.
Your account
Liverty AI requires an account, because your Live Photos and your subscription belong to you rather than to a device. You can create one with your email address and a password, with Sign in with Apple, or with Google. In every case we hold your email address. If you use Sign in with Apple and choose to hide your address, we only ever see the private relay address Apple gives us. If Apple supplies your name at sign-up, we store it with your account; we never ask you for it separately, and we do not collect your phone number.
Your photos
When you create a Live Photo, the photo you selected is uploaded to our servers and sent to our AI processing provider, fal.ai, which runs the video model that generates roughly three seconds of motion from it. The photo you uploaded and the video that comes back are both stored under your account so your creations stay available in Works. We do not use your photos to train models, we do not sell them, and no one else is given access to them.
What the app saves to your phone
A finished Live Photo is written to your own Apple Photos library when you choose to save it. Liverty AI only ever adds to your library — it cannot read or delete the photos already in it. Choosing a photo to work on uses the system picker, which hands us only the image you pick.
Your subscription
Payment is handled entirely by Apple; we never see your card or your Apple ID. Through our subscription provider, RevenueCat, we receive whether a subscription is active, which plan it is, and when the period ends. RevenueCat identifies you by your Liverty AI account id and nothing more.
Who processes data for us
Supabase hosts our database, authentication and file storage. fal.ai performs the AI generation. RevenueCat handles subscription status. Resend delivers our account emails. Apple handles payment and, if you use it, sign-in. We use no advertising networks and no analytics or tracking tools of any kind — the app collects no usage statistics, no device identifiers for tracking and no location.
Where your data is
Our database, your uploaded photos, your generated videos and our account emails are all hosted in the European Union (Ireland). Two of our providers process data outside the EEA: fal.ai, which runs the AI generation, and RevenueCat, which holds subscription status. Those transfers are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses in our agreements with them.
Why we are allowed to process it
We process your account details and your photos to provide the service you asked for — that is, to perform our contract with you. We process subscription status for the same reason. We keep minimal server logs to keep the service secure and working, which is our legitimate interest. We do not rely on consent for any of this, and we do not profile you or make automated decisions with legal effects about you.
How long we keep things
Your photos, your generated videos and your account record are kept until you delete them or delete your account. We do not delete accounts for inactivity: what you create stays available until you remove it or delete your account.
Deleting your account
Account deletion is in the app, under Account, and it is real: it removes your uploaded photos, the videos generated from them, your generation history, your credit periods, your subscription record and your login itself. It cannot be undone. Live Photos you have already saved to your own Photos library stay there, because they are yours. Deleting your account does not cancel your Apple subscription — cancel that with Apple separately.
Your rights
If you are in the EEA or the UK you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. Deleting your account from the app exercises the erasure right directly and immediately. For anything else, write to support@livertyai.com and we will answer within one month. If you think we have got it wrong, you can complain to your national data-protection authority; ours is the Spanish Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
Children
Liverty AI is not directed at children. You must be at least 16 to use Liverty AI. If you are under 16, please do not create an account.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update it here and in the app before the change takes effect. Questions, or a request about your data: support@livertyai.com
